The Eat Smart Program by Trinity Fitness is a 12-week, habit-based, fat-loss coaching program. In the Eat Smart Program, we teach you all the tools necessary to finally be happy with the body you see in the mirror.
With Eat Smart you get: · Instruction on how to eat and think in order to achieve your fat-loss goals. · Daily contact, support and accountability from your coaches. · Social support from the members of your coaching group. · Daily exercise recommendations, specifically designed to help your body shed fat. · Weekly meetings in which you will learn how to master the process of changing your body. · Daily email lessons designed to support the ongoing physical change you are experiencing.

Be sure to act soon as the program will have limited seats. This 12-week program will meet on Saturday mornings at 9:30 am beginning February 25th, 2012. Fee for the program is $99.00/month.
