What is One-on-One Training?
During One-on-One Training, a Trinity Fitness trainer will design a personalized training program as well as meet with the client at regularly scheduled appointments to instruct and guide them through the program.

How do I get started in One-on-One Training?
  • The first step is a Consultation. Here you will meet with the trainer, go over goals, past exercise history, medical conditions, medications, orthopedic conditions, as well as discuss general strategies for achievement of your goals.
  • The second step is an Assessment. This involves strength testing, postural testing and other measurements specific to the client's goals. This process not only gives the trainer a clear look at what needs improvement, but also gives baselines to gauge progress at a later date.
  • The final step is the First Session. A formulation of strategy and layout of plan is presented to the client as well as performance of the first workout.

General Session Layout
  • The session begins with stretching protocols specific to the client.*
  • The client engages in active warm-up.
  • A strength training/cardiovascular routine specific to the client is performed.
  • The session finishes with stretches and a cool down.

* Once a client is comfortable with the stretching protocols, they are strongly encouraged to do them prior to the beginning of the session as this will save more time for exercise.
