Partner Training
 Partner training (consisting of 2-3 clients).  The clients should have similar goals, but fitness levels need not be the same. The session lasts 50 minutes.

How do I get started?
  • Group consultation- During the consultation the trainer will go over goals, past exercise history, medical conditions, medications, orthopedic conditions, as well as discuss general strategies for achievement of goals.
  • Assessment- involves movement testing, postural testing and other measurements specific to the clients' goals. This process not only gives the trainer a clear look at what needs improvement, but also gives baselines to gauge progress at a later date. This process will be tailored to suit the group.
  • First session- formulation of strategy and general layout of plan presented to the group as well as first training workout performed.

  • Workout begins with generalized active warm-up
  • Strength training/cardiovascular routine performed
  • Finish with stretches/cooldown
