What is Program Design?
Trinity Fitness will design a program specifically for the client and then the client is responsible for implementing the program.
 
Who can benefit from Program Design?
The program design option is perfect for those who workout on their own but need some direction in what to do.
 
How do I get started?
  • Consultation-  Meet with the trainer to go over goals, past exercise history, medical conditions, medications, orthopedic conditions, as well as discuss general strategies for achievement of goals.
  • Assessment- Involves strength testing, postural testing and other measurements specific to the client's goals. This process not only gives the trainer a clear look at what needs improvement, but also gives baselines to gauge progress at a later date.
  • First Session- The first one-on-one session with a trainer to walk through the program. There are generally three one-on-one sessions with the trainer before the client is expected to be able to replicate the workout on their own.
  • Since continued variation of the program is a key to improvement, the program should be updated every four to six weeks.
  • Program Design clients will receive a printed copy of the workout during the first session and again with every program update.
