Who can benefit from Program Design?

The program design option is perfect for those who workout on their own but need some direction in what to do.

- Consultation- Meet with the trainer to go over goals, past exercise history, medical conditions, medications, orthopedic conditions, as well as discuss general strategies for achievement of goals.
- Assessment- Involves strength testing, postural testing and other measurements specific to the client's goals. This process not only gives the trainer a clear look at what needs improvement, but also gives baselines to gauge progress at a later date.
- First Session- The first one-on-one session with a trainer to walk through the program. There are generally three one-on-one sessions with the trainer before the client is expected to be able to replicate the workout on their own.
- Since continued variation of the program is a key to improvement, the program should be updated every four to six weeks.
- Program Design clients will receive a printed copy of the workout during the first session and again with every program update.
