Training and Bootcamps

One-on-One training
The gold standard of our services, One-on-One training gives the client accountability, an individualized approach to their fitness goals and personalized attention.

Partner training
A more cost-effective approach to training, partner training gives the client accountability, and a solid approach to their fitness goals., While clients do not get the personalized attention of a one-on-one session, they get the friendly support and camaraderie of their training partner(s). Trinity Fitness can assist in finding a training partner for this option but does not guarantee it. The best choice for this service is to bring a friend, spouse or co-worker.

Bootcamps
Like the partner training option, Bootcamps provide the camaraderie and built-in support system of a group while still delivering an effective and fun exercise program.  Of the three training options, this is the most economical.
