What are Trinity Fitness Group Classes?

How do I get started?

To get started in one of our group classes, check the schedule below to identify which class you are interested in.  From there call us at (240) 423-5917 and reserve your spot in the class of your choice or to find out if it is too late to join a class already in progress.  You can also email us at info@trinityfitnessinc.com for more information.
